In order for financial insititutions to provide services like structuring business proposals, performing preliminary credit appraisal etc banks need to enhance their scope and go beyond the letter of finances.. The banking credit mechanism which was at some point restricted to simple transactions like Cash Credit, Overdraft and Term Loan have now changed face into more complex and stringent processes like Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Co-acceptances, Buyer’s Credit and Supplier’s Credit etc. This course is dedicated to upscaling the already present knowledge and updating bankers on the new age facilities and options which they can present to their clients. Not being limited in scope, this course also offers a pragmatic view for other activities like forensic audit, issuance of compliance certificate for banks, etc.

  4. Quasi Credit Facilities and Various types of Bank Guarantees

  6. Monitoring, Supervision & Management of Impaired Assets – Documentation: Execution, mode, types, Period of Limitation, Law of Limitation etc.
  7. Charges, Mortgage: Purpose, types, mode etc
  8. Credit Monitoring & Supervision
  9. Management of Impaired Assets : NPA management policy, income recognition policy, assets classification, stressed Assets, Guidelines on Restructuring, RBI framework for Distressed Assets etc.
