This course has been designed to introduce to the candidates an in depth understanding in to what is sexual harassments and its identification, counter and other relevant issues. This course details the mandatory requirements for having an internal complaints committee and elaborates on the working on the same including but not limited to procedures, situations, and actions that the ICC could take while inquiring into the complaint in addition to understanding the legal provisions pertaining to prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace. This course is also a means to create awareness among employees be aware of their rights in this domain and encourage women / men to come out and report any sexual misconduct from a colleague and ensure a safe working environment. In addition, this also helps employers identify what could be fake or malicious complaints.

  3. Implementing an Effective Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy
  4. Dealing with and Improving Personal Conduct in an Organisation
  5. Establishing an Internal Complaints Committee and the penal provisions for non compliance by organizations.
  6. Working of an ICC.
  7. Dealing with a Complaint – How to Receive and Record a Complaint
  8. Investigating Complaints of Sexual Harassment
  9. Taking Prompt and Effect Corrective Action
  10. Anti Sexual Harassment Training
